The Executive Secretariat is the entity’s board of directors, composed of two or more secretaries, appointed by the Board and approved by the General Assembly. Sebastian Aurucci - External consultant of our Chamber in the Argentine Republic
We are pleased to inform our associates and friends that CECBARIO, in agreement with directors, has appointed the licensee Sebastian Aurucci as the external consultant of our Chamber in the Argentine Republic. In accordance with the provisions set out in Attachment 1 of the minutes of convocation for the composition of the new Board of Directors of Benio 2016 - 2018, external consultants may be appointed in that act or in a separate document. The purpose of this designation is to be able to have a fluid and continuous contact with CAMBRAS (Buenos Aires Chamber of Commerce of Argentina) and with entities in the industrial, agriculture, industry, services and tourism sectors. In order to promote and organize business circles in the City of Rio de Janeiro with important local business entities. Also counting on the support of the Consulate of Argentina in Rio de Janeiro with which CECBARIO works with a spirit of mutual collaboration that allows our camera to enhance our projects and proposals.

Membership of the Board may participate any person or entity, domestic or foreign, which proposes to contribute to the achievement of its objectives satisfied the eligibility criteria and classification set out herein.
Paragraph One – The Board of the frame is composed of four categories of members, namely:
a) Founding members: those who participated in the Association Foundation General Assembly and signed the Foundation Act, entitled to vote and be voted at all levels and instances.
b) Permanent members: citizens willing to cooperate with the improvement of people’s quality of life; any member or person who is not the founder of the (name or initials), approved by the General Assembly of Members. They have rights to vote and be voted at all levels and sectors of society.
c) Partners benefactors: individuals or legal entities that, for the preparation or provision of relevant services to the causes of the organization, they are entitled to this title, at the discretion of the Board (and ratified by the General Assembly).
d) Partners employees: individuals who identified with the entity’s objectives, request your ticket and pay the corresponding contributions, according to criteria determined by the Board.
