The Executive Secretariat is the entity’s board of directors, composed of two or more secretaries, appointed by the Board and approved by the General Assembly. Are relevant activities to the Executive Secretariat: Design and program communication policy and information society, in accordance with the guidelines issued by the General Assembly; coordinate the organization’s fundraising activities; prepare technical opinions, jointly or severally, on projects and activities of the entity and third parties; prepare the general policy positions and salaries for approval by the board; accept donations and grants, provided that they do not compromise the autonomy and independence of the body, prepare the internal regulations for approval by the Board; coordinate the preparation of projects.
Sole Paragraph – In order to fulfill its purpose the Chamber has the following features:
1. The shares of all its members.
2. Donations from governments to public institutions the private that have interest to work with the camera.
Membership of the Board may participate any person or entity, domestic or foreign, which proposes to contribute to the achievement of its objectives satisfied the eligibility criteria and classification set out herein.
Paragraph One – The Board of the frame is composed of four categories of members, namely:
a) Founding members: those who participated in the Association Foundation General Assembly and signed the Foundation Act, entitled to vote and be voted at all levels and instances.
b) Permanent members: citizens willing to cooperate with the improvement of people’s quality of life; any member or person who is not the founder of the (name or initials), approved by the General Assembly of Members. They have rights to vote and be voted at all levels and sectors of society.
c) Partners benefactors: individuals or legal entities that, for the preparation or provision of relevant services to the causes of the organization, they are entitled to this title, at the discretion of the Board (and ratified by the General Assembly).
d) Partners employees: individuals who identified with the entity’s objectives, request your ticket and pay the corresponding contributions, according to criteria determined by the Board.
